Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 31 July 2026

DOTWEN LTD wants the public Dotwen website and legal information to be usable by as many people as possible.

Our target

Dotwen targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for its public website. This is a design and engineering target, not a claim of certification or complete legal compliance.

Public pages are intended to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, meaningful headings and landmarks, narrow viewports, 200% zoom, readable printing, and access to legal content without client JavaScript.

Latest review

Our latest review, dated 31 July 2026, covered public pages, keyboard navigation, visible focus, page structure, narrow screens, 200% zoom, printing, and access to legal information without JavaScript. Manual testing with assistive technologies is not yet complete. This is not a formal accessibility certification.

Known limitations

We are still reviewing account and checkout journeys, including payment pages provided by other companies. If you find something difficult to use, please tell us so we can investigate and offer an alternative where possible.

Report a barrier

Email support@dotwen.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, what made it difficult, and any browser or assistive-technology details you are comfortable sharing. Do not send your password, one-time sign-in code, payment card details, domain transfer code, or identity documents.

We aim to reply within two UK business days and will explain the next step or an available workaround.

Alternative formats

To request legal or support information in an alternative format, email support@dotwen.com and describe the format that would help. Dotwen will consider the request and respond with an accessible option where reasonably practicable.
