Terms of Service
Last updated: April 28, 2026
These terms govern your use of Dotwen, including public search, account access, and domain registration orders submitted through the authenticated dashboard cart.
Agreement
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Dotwen. If you use Dotwen for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the service or submit a domain registration order.
Service
Dotwen provides domain search, domain selection, account creation, listed pricing, cart persistence, and domain registration submission for available domain extensions.
Domain searches and suggestions are not guarantees of availability. A registration is complete only after order submission, payment acceptance, and registry or registrar confirmation.
Accounts
You may search without an account, but an account is required to submit a registration order. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that occurs through your account.
Registration
All registrations through Dotwen are for a 1-year registration term only. Eligible expired domains may be renewed manually from the domain page. Auto-renewal is not currently supported.
If you want to keep a domain beyond the 1-year term, review manual renewal eligibility on the domain page or transfer it to another registrar before expiration. Transfer timing, authorization codes, lock periods, and gaining-registrar confirmation are covered in the Domain Policy.
You must provide accurate registrant and contact information where required. Inaccurate information may cause verification requests, holds, suspension, or failed registration.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown before registration submission, may vary by extension, and are confirmed in the authenticated dashboard cart before registration is submitted. Taxes and required fees may apply where applicable.
A displayed price may be corrected before submission if it was shown in error. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use Dotwen, your account, or any registered domain for phishing, malware, botnets, spam, fraud, impersonation, credential theft, illegal content, CSAM, infringement, trademark abuse, harassment, threats, sanctions evasion, or attempts to evade platform restrictions or security controls.
Dotwen may suspend accounts, lock domains, remove access to services, deny transfers where allowed, or cooperate with registries, registrars, dispute providers, payment processors, and authorities where required or reasonably necessary.
Legal terms
Your rights in a domain depend on successful registration and compliance with applicable registry, registrar, dispute, and legal requirements. Registration does not create trademark rights or protect you from third-party claims.
The service is provided on an as-available and as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.Dotwen does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search accuracy, successful registration, transfer success, or restoration after expiration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dotwen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or lost domain opportunities.
