Refund Policy

Last updated: April 28, 2026

This policy explains when domain registration charges through Dotwen may be refunded and when they are generally final.

General rule

Completed domain registrations are generally final. Review the domain name, extension, registrant information, and final price carefully before submitting registration.

Eligible refunds

Refunds may be issued if Dotwen charges you but fails to submit or complete the registration. Duplicate charges may also be refunded after review. Required refunds under applicable law will be honored.

Not refundable

Dotwen generally does not refund completed registrations because you changed your mind, misspelled the domain, selected the wrong extension, did not use the domain, or later decided to transfer it elsewhere.

Payment disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account or domain restrictions where permitted by law, registry policy, registrar policy, or payment processor requirements.
